motorize scooter

Not sure if this is where it belongs, but my mother is reserving a motorized scooter ahead of time. The agent wanted to know when it needed to be dropped off & picked up. Since I'm doing all the planning & stuff, of course she asked me. So, now I'm asking you, how does the motorized scooter stuff work??

They are usually dropped off and picked up from Bell Services at your resort, but some companies leave them in another place. If you are staying at one of the WDW resorts and using one of the more commonly used companies, they should be familiar with where it is left at each resort.
