Moto e5 cruise phone HELP!!!!

So I have a moto e5 cruise phone and was looking to download my phones pictures from it to my PC desk top. So I plug the phone in and the file comes up...empty. no files of any kind. Not even DCIM... I need help.

so I go to photos and move photos to SD CARD. So now they aren't in my phone but in on the SD CARD. I don't have a sd card transfer to move the small sd card out.

CONFUSED. I was trying to save my photos so I can do a full phone reset cause my phone is giving me problems up the wa-zoo...

Does anyone else have a moto e5 cruise phone? (I have cricket cell service in case anyone is wondering).
