I only have 195 minutes since my last update. Charles got sick and hasn't been sleeping well. Then Jacob and I got sick. Then we got some horrible news on Tuesday that really knocked any wind out of my sails that I had left. We are all well now, but still not sleeping well.

I barely made it. After my post last night, I did 30 minutes of yoga. Then I took a 50 minute walk today and ended my evening with 20 more minutes of yoga. +100
