I'm so sorry for your loss and that you are dealing with all of this. It's a lot. No wonder you're exhausted. Wishing you and your family better health, lots of rest, and peace.I am going to drop out this month. I am pretty much living in survival mode since about Thanksgiving. DH's grandmother fell the Friday after Thanksgiving and was in the hospital then rehab then assisted living, all in the month of December. THen by mid January she was back in the hospital for a hole in her stomach and the same time my grandfather went into the hospital with COVID. My grandfather passed away and then we all got the flu in my house. I thought things were settling down when I ended up having horrible pain in my low right side of my stomach. Everyone including the doctors thought appendicitis but it wasn't and no real answer for that, but the pain is gone. Then this past week DD got a migraine that put her in the hospital for 4 days. We got home Friday but now it is back. I am working with her neuro to see what we can do. I just have not had time to even think about working out. I am so exhausted right now.
