Does anyone have an app or know of one that sends you little motivation alerts about running???
I am an APP HOG!! lol

I don't know of a specific app, but if you sign up for emails from Runners World (or follow them on Twitter), they will email/post motivational quotes around midnight every evening. It's a nice little pick me up when I see one of those quotes in my email on the days when I get up extra early to go for a morning run!
