Last time I went to Disney World, there were several rides I avoided due to motion sickness. I got really sick on Honey I Shrunk the Audience. After that I avoided any ride with motion sickness warnings. I have damage to my inner ear from way too many ear infections. I can't take OTC motion sickness medications because they make me really sleepy (even the less drowsy formula). I got a prescription from my doctor for the motion sickness patch. I was wondering if anyone has tried this and if it worked.

I haven't tried that, but taking ginger pills work. I also have arm bands that I wear on my wrist for motion sickness.

Antivert works well for DS and DH that have vertigo. You would need to discuss with your DR as it is not OTC.

Ginger does help them a little but not near as well as antivert. DS has used the wrist bands with minimum results,

I think there are just some attractions where no medication can help, many get motion sickness on some rides.

To be honest one of the kiddie rides at Universal, Cat In The Hat, always makes me feel a bit rough afterwards - Joshua just laughs. :)
