Motion sickness! What to avoid?

I really struggled with Forbidden Journey while wearing a mask. I think the lack of fresh air combined with the screens & movements was too much. I am fine on most rides, with the exception of Simpson’s & Forbidden Journey.

Simpson’s was surprisingly fine with a mask. Sitting in the back row of the ride vehicle really helped. Not sure why?

I'm prone to motion sickness from spinning and rides that go round and round, but for whatever reason, I always get queasy on Simpsons. I have to close my eyes which doesn't always help. The only other ride that gives me pause is Men In Black. Its not a screen ride, but there's a couple points where the ride vehicle spins rapidly about three times. If it did one more spin around, I probably wouldn't be able to ride. Its at my limit.
