Will the pills help at all? I'm dying to try the attraction, but don't want to mess up the rest of my day. I got a bit queasy in Body Wars, but never in Star Tours. Roller coasters/ToT never bother me.

I never get sick on rides. I do TOT and RNRC several times in a row when I get the chance.

However, just in case, I took dramamine the first time (uh, only time) I went on MS.

It did nothing. Now that's just me, but the pills did not do me any good.

I almost passed out and had to sit in the bench by the dressing rooms at Mouse Gear for almost an hour before I could get up and walk again.

Again, that's just me, but it ruined my day. Lots of people on here have not had problems, though. I've also heard a lot of people recommend those bracelets that are supposed to help with motion sickness. I'm sure someone will post with more info about them.

Good Luck1

I guess if you really want to try this ride.

I did do this ride and while I'm not a person who get queasy it did affect me a little.

I don't know whether it worth taking medication just to experience a ride. In my book there's nothing special about it. A lot like Star Tours but you stand. If you follow the directions I don't think you'll have a problem.

I seem to remember it was the pressure or tightness on my face that bothered me the most, I don't think medication would have helped with this problem.

I am not sure if pills will help - I would suggest making M:S the last stop for the evening, shortly before the park closes. That way, if you do get sick, you can just go back to your room and sleep it off without feeling like you missed out on anything.

When you ride it, just be sure to resist closing your eyes or looking away from the monitor. That doesn't guarantee you won't get sick, but reduces the chance.

I get motion sickness but rode mission space without taking anything. I just made sure I looked straight ahead the whole time and didn't close my eyes. I was a little dizzy when I got off but the feeling went away in a few minutes. I agree with not closing your eyes or looking away, that will make you get sick for sure!!!
