Mother's Day

Me and my mom will be in WDW May 1-11. We are leaving on Mother's day. We already have Cape May for Breakfast planned and plan for it to be a MK day since we have a late flight. Since there's really no room to do anything on Mother's Day and it's also a travel day I wanted some ideas on what I could do for her earlier in the week. I was thinking about the Wild Africa Trek but I'm not too sure. I already got her La Nouba tickets for Christmas so that's out! Thanks

There are some fabulous spas at The Grand Floridian and at Saratoga Springs! Maybe a spa package?
There are many other tours available like Keys to the Kingdom, Behind the Seeds, and Animal Kingdom Lodge Sunrise safari to name a few.
Does she like to golf? There are several golf courses on site, as well as fantastic miniature golf courses.
