Mother's Day trip?????

My son and I are camping with the cub scout during the weekend of mother's day. I want to do something special with him since it will be just the two of us (DH and DS2 are staying home). Does anyone have any suggestions?

We'll be there too!! I believe Epcot has a Mother's Day brunch. I'm not sure if it sells out or anything like that. I also read that if you go to the Festival Center on the 14th, (Flower and Garden in Epcot) you are treated to a flower and a picture. Maybe you could get a nice picture of you and him together to remember the day? We are planning to have a relaxing day around Epcot and having dinner at the Flying Fish.
