Mother's Day Question

I just realized we are headed to the world on Mother's Day in 2009. My DM and DDad are coming with DH & I for their first trip. We had planned our normal 1st day dinner for WC, but now I am worried. Since it is Mother's Day I am not sure this is the best idea. Anyone have any ideas?
