Mother's Day Buffets ?

I have questions about two different Mother's Day buffets.

The first is the one in EPCOT. We have ressies for that buffet for Sunday afternoon, but another poster reported having to wait 45 minutes out in the sun before being seated. Is this a problem anyone else has had? Could we get some feedback about this buffet in general - food, experiences, etc? Also, how's the seating? Do you sit at your own table, or are you at a table with other people?

Also, we were considering the buffet at the Yachtsman Steakhouse. It's one of our favorite restaurants, and we were trying to decide if we should go there in addition to the EPCOT buffet, or if we should cancel the other and just do this one. Does anyone have any experience with the Yachtsman buffet?

We ate at the buffet in Epcot 2 years ago. At that time, they did the brunch every Sat and Sun during the Flower and Garden Festival. We probably waited outside for about 15-20 minutes. The food at that time was very good. Serving tables and food was themed for a climate zone such as beach/ocean, desert and so on. We sat at our own tables. I would go again if they were doing this at a time we were there.
