Mother's Day - 1 park or both?

The crowd calendar I read said that it will only be a 2 or 3 on Mother's Day (May 10th). Do you think we could do both parks in 1 day or should we plan 2 days for them?

My kids are 11, 11, and 9. They are thrill seekers. We are also planning on the express pass for all of us.
