Motel 6 Maingate - Walk or ART

I'm going down for a quick solo trip in a few weeks on a Tuesday. I'm staying at the Motel 6 Maingate and staying until park close at midnight. Is it safe to walk by yourself once you get past Garden Walk or should I take the ART bus? Distance to the motel isn't an issue, just curious about the safety aspect of the walk. Thanks!

I stayed here multiple times in before times. On none park days I walked but on park days I took the bus. It took me 20 minutes to walk to bag check. On park days I do open to close and walk about 10 miles on average, The walk to the hotel at park close is just too much for me.

The safety aspect never bothered me. There is a steady stream of people walking from the parks in all directions.

IMO it’s too far to walk. We took Uber. For 3 of us it worked out about the same as ART passes (this was in the BeforeTimes though). Plus it was faster.

It's a little far to walk, but should be pretty safe. There are always a lot of people around.
