Most underrated things to do at WDW

Living With the Land…nice break, kinda cool stuff (I would love to work there as a research scientist, TBH)

Mini Golf – it’s a nice break. Feels like Disney, but without the massive crowds.

Splitzville – good sushi, huge drinks, kids get to bowl for an hour while I enjoy the music and the food!

Transportation – admittedly, we are geeks about transportation. We love the boats, monorails, busses, etc. and will go out of our way to use them.

Fort Wilderness/Trail’s End – what a great getaway. So low key, the food is great, and the beach is so relaxing. Plus, the stables, etc. We kill at least a half day here.
Came here just to say this! Both mini golf courses are so much fun! Like pretty much everything else in Disney, they are well-themed with a lot of attention to detail. Also they are open until surprisingly late, so it's a great way to end the day after the parks.

Tom Sawyer Island for sure. I'm surprised that people aren't more in love with it. I went to Disney when I was 4, and again when I was 22, and literally the only thing that I remembered from the first trip, and the thing that made a huge impression, was the island and fort. It still has a special place in my heart.
And Hollywood Studios--tends to be treated like the 'stepsister' of the other three parks but I loved spending a day there and am excited for what the future holds for that park.

1 - Character lunch rather than breakfast
2 - Deluxe resorts with the ability to walk to/from at least one resort
3 - International gateway
4 - Walking between Epcot/Hollywood Studios
5 - Swan & Dolphin dining
6 - Wishes from outside of the park (we prefer it over watching from inside)
7 - Tipsy Ducks in Love
8 - Sleepy Hollow Refreshments
9 - Merida Meet & greet
10 - Resort night time movies
11 - Rafiki's Planet Watch
12 - The cronut

YES! Playing at night is very cool...there's something about the atmosphere that I just love!

I forgot about TSI - I absolutely love it! When my boys were little, we would go over there and let them run around to burn off some energy. I would grab a Coke and play Checkers with my husband. Good way to kill an hour or two. Pre-kids, DH and I would go over there to eat at Aunt Polly's - it was one of our favorite things to do (RIP, Aunt Polly!). It's a great break from the chaos of the park!

Frontierland Shootin' Arcade. I think it's the only attraction in any of the four parks that costs money, but the $1 is a good way to feel like you've accomplished something without having to run around or stand in line.

1 - Frozen Sing-a-Long. Went in with low expectations, enjoyed immensely as the narrators(especially the male. we saw it twice. one male narrator was head and shoulders above the other) were hysterical and surprisingly poked fun at the Frozen Fever.

2 - PeopleMover and the other lesser nostalgic MK attractions. Not everything has to be a thrill ride or brand new to be enjoyed.

3 - Soft Pretzels w/cheese. Almost a daily snack staple when at parks.

4 - POP bus service. Has been super good(especially leaving resort) during our last two visits.

5 - HoP and the American Adventure. Great A/C and nothing wrong with an hour of American History in the middle of a 5-10 day vacation. Love both of them.

May I ask where you would recommend watching Wishes outside of the park? Thanks!

So I see a recurring theme here.... Tom Sawyer Island (our family favorite) and the Grey Goose Slushie (DH and my favorite). Is there a way to combine both ;)

DH also said it would be cool if you could buy something specific over at TSI, and only at TSI as a souvenir. I know they used to have the paint brushes but something unique would be a great way to savor your memory from that experience.

My preference is the observation deck at California Grill. Even if not for an entire dinner, an ADR 45 minutes before..order a few drinks and an app or dessert the pay the tab and go to the deck. If you want to get there usually more than an hour before when its not super crowded, you can usually just get bar seating.
