Most romantic restaurants in Universal or Seaworld?

At universal At Portofino Bay Resort (You can talk the boat from citywalk) there's Mama Della's that has singers walking around most nights, and Bice those two probably are the most. The Portofino Hotel itself fits the bill. Also the Palm at Hard Rock Hotel. In the Park, not so much, Vivo in Citywalk maybe. Mythos is the nicest sit down place inside the parks, but it's still caters to the theme park crowds. The Wantilan Lua was really good at Royal Pacific, but I still don't think it's resumed since the covid shutdown.

Emerils and Tchop Chop were great too for this, but unfortunately both closed a few years ago when Emeril's as a whole downsized.

At Seaworld, Sharks restaurant is pretty much it being the only full service at sea world, but it's got a great underwater view of the shark encounter and very nice inside.
