I just stayed at BR in February after the flip. Loved the room, but noise is definitely an issue. I'm guessing it's the doors. From the adjoining room in our lockoff, we could hear the conversation and the TV. They had a large family, and we could make out actual sentences of louder family members, just noise for quieter ones. This was normal conversation not anyone yelling or whatever. They were watching the Bluey about getting dirty. They were fine neighbors, and mostly quiet when we cared, so no big deal. But this was not modern soundproofing standards in a "deluxe" property. With bad neighbors, this could be a real problem.
But yes, I agree the loudest property I've been in was VGF2, Big Pine Key. It was the loudest I've been in anywhere for many years, with the exception of a cheap Spanish Airbnb, which wasn't a hotel anyway. The visible gaps in the doors are embarrassing and lead to obvious noise.
