Most overrated school subject?

All the people who responded math or science just blow me away. I guess this is why more and more of our doctors and engineers are from other countries.

And why people saying “Follow the Science” is often so laughable.

I am an engineer, but the most worthless class ever is Algebra II. Nothing anyone would ever use. Trade it out for statistics or finance. Everyone should have a class in finance

I can't believe so many people think high school classes (which are really pretty basic) are useless. I mean, if you don't understand history and science, it's super easy to lie to you -- and advertisers, politicians and more people will try! If you don't understand math, how can you avoid debt? If you don't read well, you can't understand contracts and so forth. Health & PE is important so you'll know how to take care of your body.

Foreign language.

I found learning a foreign language to be very helpful in better understanding grammar in my native language.
