Most likely time of day for newly released discounts

Does anyone know if there's any rhyme or reason to the time of day that Disney release public deals/offers? In other words, if something new is going to be released, will it be there first thing in the morning or could it be at any ole' time? I've been checking several times a day for updates, but it's kindof difficult at work, but, I certainly don't want to miss anything! Just got the Monster Pin yesterday, but can't use it for my dates in October

This will be the first trip for DH and all 4 kids, so we are really excited, but hate the thought of paying rack rates. Sooooo...I'm really holding my breath for a public offer that will help me out...should I keep checking all day every day until something magical happens?

I'm not sure if there is a particular time of day.
I can only comment on my one experience when we booked for our 2009 trip; we had booked our package through AAA. Then I heard a rumor about the "book 4 nights get 3 free" deal AND gift card offer (yes, they did allow both when we went in 2009). I called AAA and our rep didn't know anything about it; this was about 4pm in the afternoon (it was Nov 2008). Then I called Disney reserverations @ 5pm and while I was on the phone the rep started the conversation not knowing anything about it; then a minute later she said "wait a minute, I have some new info about that deal in an email I just got". I immediately called AAA back and our agent confirmed and we were able to re-book package with new discounts - saving almost $700 at the time
I'm hoping for another good deal for our next trip; but looking at how they advertised it in 2010; you cannot combine the "buy 4/get 3 free" and gift card offer anymore.

Wow..that is interesting! I guess I'll just keep on checking. I'd kick myself if I missed out on a deal just because I was a day late. The best thing for my family of 6 is definitely free dining, but I'll take anything as long it covers my dates...we just can't move them at this point.

According to MOUSESAVERS historical records, the next round of public discounts will not be released until the middle of July!! You have a couple of weeks before you need to start getting excited!!
