Hi everyone I hope this post is in the correct spot. If not, please advise...

My family (me, my wife, and my 7 yr old daughter) have an opportunity to visit the World October 17-20. My brother-in-law is renting a huge house at The Retreat at Champions gate, which is very close to the parks, and he has offered us the chance to stay there.

Ticket-wise, what's the most cost-effective way for us to do 2, possibly 3, days at the parks? Budget is pretty limited, but I'm trying to see if I can swing it and take advantage of the opportunity.

Thank you for any info and feedback!

Research the prices at ticket discounters such as Boardwalk Ticketing, Park Savers, Undercover Tourist, Official Ticket Center, etc.

Multi-day tickets have a valid time frame and prices are based on the start date of your tickets. Choose the tickets that have the lowest priced start date with a valid time frame that encompasses all the dates that you’ll actually enter the parks.

A ticket for 2 days has a 4-day valid time frame.
A ticket for 3 days has a 5-day valid time frame.

You may save some $$ on tickets, but at Disney, their price point is pretty set. The most expensive tickets are single day tickets, and not until you get past a 4 day ticket do the costs really start to go down. Some other options besides the ticket sites could be to buy Disney gift cards at Sam's club and get their discount. They offer about a 3-4% discount on gift cards and also you can earn any points you may get from your credit card.

If your a member of Sam club they have discount GC that you can buy and use to buy your ticket. Saves some money.
