I'd say Brown Derby, it's elegant and cozy and our server was attentive but didn't try to be our best friend ( not conducive to romance to have the waiter sit with you hehe) however i am of the romance is what you make of it rather than where you are class so, imo even Mickey Ds could qualify with the right mind set
