Getting ready to pack for our trip and wondering which forecast Orlando locals find most accurate? Weather.com and Accuweather show different forecasts. I live in an area that has hourly changing weather in the spring, so I know they can change at any time with no notice and not to truly rely on anything, but I'm just trying to get an idea. I know I wasn't expecting 90's this early. o_O

EDITED TO ADD: I don't care two hoots about rain. I'm only hoping for temperature information.

IGNORE any forecast over 18 hours away.
No, I'm not kidding.

Regardless of a rainy forecast or conditions, the rain may or may not actually affect YOU on any given day.
It can be pouring buckets at, say, MK and, at the same time, the sun can be beating down in Epcot.
All, without warning.

Pack for any weather condition.

As @Robo notes above, pay no attention to any of those forecasts. I live 2 miles from the Castle and find at best a forecast is good only to tell you a range of conditions you may encounter during your stay.

Anything more than 4 hours out is completely unreliable. Anything within 4 hours is about half reliable.

Just pack a little for everything. ALWAYS bring rain ponchos and/or umbrellas (you might get strange looks, but I like to sometimes wear a poncho and use an umbrella at the same time; it really protects you from the rain) and pack for 90 degree heat and a little chill. This time of year, you'll obviously want to skew your packing more towards the heat, but keep in mind, you may encounter an evening or two on your trip where the temp gets a bit chilly at night (chilly by FL standards I should add), so a sweatshirt and pair of jeans might not be a bad idea. That kind of weather is not out of the question for April.

I keep looking at it thinking "90s!?!? Seriously!?! Already!?!?"
Ha! Yeeeeep.
In related news, I have been sitting in a Friendship Boat while it was raining...and all the weather apps said there was a 0% chance of rain all day, including that specific hour. So, yeah. Florida.

I was there 4/9-4/16 and was watching weather.com and accuweather for weeks before my trip (yes, knowing it meant nothing). Weather.com changed every day but they were predicting a fair percentage chance of rain (anywhere from 50% - 80%) for multiple days of my trip. AccuWeather had "a strong storm" on my Thursday for as long as I was keeping tabs on their forecast.

What happened? A shower on Wednesday evening (at POFQ/POR at least), and a few sprinkles Friday afternoon at DHS - that's all I saw. Carried my poncho and packed my Keens and never used them.

Once I was actually at WDW, I looked at WESH weather in the mornings, FWIW.

I know I wasn't expecting 90's this early.

It's been all over the place but the last week or so all the local news forecasts have said some rain, humidity and starting to get into the 90s this week. I haven't found an accurate news forecast either but that's what I'm hearing on the news.

I found accuweather 6 week forecast to be handy in long range planning. Of course.... 18 hours or 8 minutes before the big moment is more accurate.

The fine folks at Weather Underground have never steered me wrong. It's a running gag here at home, my partner will tell me what the weather is going to be today from his phone, and I pull up the Wunderground app and tell him he's wrong its going to be a different temp and I'm always right.
