We are headed to US the beginning of May. Does anyone know if US sprays for mosquitoes or if it is even mosquito season? Just wondering if I should toss in a can of spray?

We've traveled in May the last couple of years and have had no problem at all.

Warm weather and rain = Mosquitoes! May should be OK for little to none of our state bird!!!:rotfl:

We live about 1/2 mile from the park (near a lake) and the mosquitoes have never been a problem any time of year. They do keep up mosquito control really good in urban areas, especially near the parks. Now head out away from town... good luck.

Yes, the Orlando area must put the tourist money to good use on insect control. :thumbsup2

HOWEVER... go for a drive out of the area, ex. through the Glades, and there will be plenty of creepy critters In the air, on the land, and in the water. :drive: :scared: :crazy2:
