Mortons Dinner for Two Special

I know this is technically not a "budget" item, but I do think it's a good deal, so I'm passing it along.

Morton's Steakhouse has a $99.99 dinner for two special through the end of June. You get salads, filet mignon, choice of seafood (scallops, crabcakes, etc), side dishes, and dessert.

We've never been to Morton's and are excited to try it with this offer - we wouldn't normally spend the money on regular menu prices!

Oooh, I love Mortons! There's just something about the experience in expensive steakhouses that I dig. I only wish there was one closer so I take advantage of this awesome offer (nearest is 2 hrs. away). I've been twice with my hubby, and after tip it usually runs us around $200 (guess why I've not been more?!).

We did this!!! We went to the one in Philly and loved it. Really enjoyed it since we got such a great deal. We were treated very well. The server didn't bat an eyelash when I pulled out my coupon (they call it a "certificate") and we had great service. Also, we did in fact tip based on the estimated actual cost of the meal.

I"ve been looking for somewhere to celebrate our 25th anniversary next week. This looks like a good choice.
