Morphsuit in disney?

I had no clue what a morph suit was so I looked it up. So I just have to say thank you TG. I now know what I am wearing for New Years Eve. We usually get together with a some couples and hang at one of our homes. This year the women want to do formal and I was dead set against until now.

Sadly, as a lady I'm not sure I would get away with that. Probably escorted kindly out of the park and told to go put appropriate clothes on.

Hopefully he gets the crowd going like this kid did in his two-toned morph suit... I was dealing with these suits all summer....

This is actually a planned and choreographed dance/video that was all the range among high school and college campuses plus some last school year. The "lead" dancer is usually in a morph or masked costume. They dance first, then it changes at a specific time and that is when the group joins in. Some are pretty impressive. Google "Harlem Shake Videos".

The morph suits have been out a few years, mostly for Halloween or Sports FANatics but I really think since the Harlem Shake craze that they became more popular and their prices dropped in half. Our Target even had them 90% off this week after Halloween ($3) - I should have bought them all out and resold them

I just had to take a Myers Briggs personality assessment and one on conflict management style. They could cut out all of those questions and just ask people how they feel about children wearing morphsuits in public.

Aren't those suits hot to wear all day? I know that a lot of seniors wore them for our Halloween senior dress-up day, and they were stinky and sweating by lunch time - in October, in New England. Not sure how it would feel at the beach? Itchy, with all that sand? Or is he just wearing it for some publicity, photos, and then changing into some beach clothing?

My basic rule of thumb - if you think you have to ask on the DIS if something is OK, it's probably not.

Um, yeah, actually I would! I've been ogling a Wonder Woman hoodie for awhile. I saw it on a guest at a convention (I was a vendor) and commented that it was nice, but then the woman said, "Wait, you haven't seen the best part!" Then she pulled up her hood and there was a TIARA on it!

I literally squealed.

If they're selling those hoodies next spring, I am SO buying one! And wearing it everywhere.

And what the heck is wrong with a 10yo dressing up like Tinkerbell at Six Flags? Tall poppies don't need to have their heads chopped off, just for sticking up above the rest of the flowers. It's okay to be different. It doesn't mean you're psychologically disordered. If the kid's got the strength of character to pull it off, then more power to them!

My DS18 has the Captain America hooded sweatshirt and when the hood is on, CA's half-mask covers DS's face. I don't know how to post links, but you can find it if you google Captain America sweatshirt. And, yes, sometimes he wears the hood in public. It is a huge hit at the software engineering company he works for.
