When we go to Disney in Sept we have the free dinning quick service plan and i have a situation come up last night at dinner. My stepdaughter loves the art of belly dancing and I know they have belly dancers at the Marrakesh restaurant in Morocco can we go there just for desserts so she can see the dancers or do I have to go a full meal..... if I cant its no big deal but I would love for her to see them dance........

The belly dancer usually performs for a short time with the band Morrockin' that plays in the Morrocco pavillion near the small shop by the water too. Check the times schedule for live entertainment.

The performances in the restaurant seem to be a bit longer and she gets the kids to participate, so that's can be a fun meal for them.

Not sure about just getting an ADR for dessert, but I've ordered an appetizer and a dessert as my meal a few times at some Epcot restaurants.

I've never done that befoire, but if you can get in, there's probably not a big issue. The food is pretty good and it's beautiful. We eat there every third or fourth time we visit. Yo don't see much about it on the Dis though.

Not sure about just eating dessert but this was the hidden gem we discovered last year. The food was GORGEOUS. Would never have considered eating there before, but it was so good we have booked for this year.
