Maybe we should start a "Photographing your Homestate" thread similar to your Photographing Pets thread!!

I enjoy seeing pictures from other parts of the country too (especially wkrider's since DH, DD and I are going to AZ for the first time this summer ).

Jeanne, I think that's a great idea. I was trying to think of something like it when I posted my beach pictures last week. I was going to call it something like "Show Us: Local Bodies of Water" or something to that effect, LOL, but I like your idea better. Do you want to start it? Or does wkrider want to host it since this thread was the start? I'll post either way...

I can start it if you like....how about "Show us where you live"...open to ideas though. It should be kind of general so that people put in a wide array of pictures.

reminds me of the song 'little fluffy clouds' by The Orb.

Rickie Lee Jones telling LeVar Burton: '...we lived in Arizona and the skies always had little fluffy clouds.... the most beautiful skies as a matter of fact, the sunsets were purple and red and yellow and on fire and the clouds would catch the colours everywhere... its neat because i used to look at them all the time when i was little...'

Jeff, I live in Ocotillo Lakes. On my way to work I go through the new Fulton Ranch....those were from Ocotillo Rd and Fulton Ranch Parkway. Are you in the new office buildings there by the lake?
