The guy Mike who is on the Today show right now that survived the storm attached to a tree is bringing tears to me eyes. It is so hard to enjoy the blue skies of Michigan right now.

How awful this is for all the families. They said it could be months before some of the people get power back. Its hard to imagine the damage and conditions these people are induring.

Doing fine here. My area had minimal damage. It is hard to believe that after a day of clean up, my life will return to normal, when so many less than 50 miles of us face total damage.

there was an interview on cnn.com of a man with his kids adn grand kids who cant find his wife now
they lost everything!
he had to let go of her so he could hold on to the kids and now shes gone
i was crying before the interview ended he was walking around with these kids and they had no where to go
i cant imagine being in that position
i hope they find some help soon

That's another story I heard which was SO sad, too. I'm sure there's going to be so many.
