Morning Time/rope drop

We leave tomorrow at 7:25am!
Saturday will be outr first day at DL. With each park opening at 8am (we are staying offsite) and the extra morning hour for those who are, what time do we need to be at the gate for rope drop? I think last year if my memory is correct they opened the gates 30 minutes prior??? Is this still correct? Thinking we should plan on being there around 7:15am or do we need to plan on getting their earlier. When we go to DCA on Sunday we will go a little earlier.

there last Sunday. We arrived at the DCA gate at 7:33 and they were letting everyone in the gates and holding them until 8:00.

Thats a good plan .... that should put you semi close to the rope for rope drop. We usually get there right at 7:30 and have had good luck so far.
