Morning Run?

We have not been to WDW in 5 years. Is there still a mad dash at rope drop to popular rides. Is it more controlled now? I am to old to run now and to old to get trampled. We always do rope drop and arrive 1 hour prior to opening. We will be visiting June 9th for 1 week.

It's not a mad dash. I will say this - the PACE of the walk the CM's take to FoP in Pandora is not slow. So - if you are a slower walker - you may find yourself losing ground in the pack. There is some jockeying for position - but its not super aggressive.
