HOW DO I GET IT? Let me eat breakfast, get the two DD's off to work and school at 8:30 then I am back up, curled in bed, watching tv.I try to boot myself out of bed by 10:30 for the day. I realy want to lose weight 10-20 by Dec 1. Our family weekend in Niagara Falls and be able to SHOP for smaller clothes.

to join in. we commit out loud to each other what our plan for the week is, and I can tell you knowing that other's are struggling and overcoming it has been helping me tremendously to get moving in the morning!
