Most but not all. IASW, Storybook, and Casey Jr. are not usually open for MM. Innoventions is not open. I'm guessing Captain Eo won't be. Not that you necessarily would want to spend MM time on any of these attractions which is probably one reason they're not open.
I have found also that's it's always good to have a back-up plan in mind for MM. Anytime at park opening, of course, some attractions may not be ready, but it seems like something that could happen even more often with a 7AM MM when the park was open until midnight the night before. Last month, on one of our MM days, PP was down and the CMs were telling people it was going to be 20 minutes at least and not letting people line up. The next MM day we had, Matterhorn wasn't taking riders yet. They were still doing the morning test runs and scrubbing and buffing the vehicles. They did allow people to start lining up with the warning that it would be 15 minutes before they started letting riders on. I think Buzz opened late that morning too. And on regular entry days, we have had several occasions when we have headed straight to Peter Pan or Space (and even Nemo once) only to find that it wasn't up and running yet but would be anytime from 10 minutes to "unknown". This is why we always make a plan A and plan B for our first ride of the day.
BTW, Morning Madness usually is talked about in reference to Mickey's Toontown Morning Madness. MM (Magic Morning) aka EE (Early Entry) is perhaps what you are referencing.
