We have cold, damp, dismal fog - it hasnt lifted for about 3 days almost, but it's nice and warm inside and I am still loving it here

Who is around? What y'all upto?

Hi Janice, I just popped in to see what was happening round here - I keep forgetting to come in since I've been concentrating on my scrapping.

Did you go to the Dis meet?

Well it's my last but one day at work and gradually winding down - well after 2 months notice I'm now almost at a standstill!!!

Well obviously I'm a bit unbearable at the moment . I'm very excited and the weather here opposite Big Ben is blue sky and sunshine - hopefully this will be a reflection on what to expect next week as long as it's not as cold

I wish I could be scrapbooking right now. It's bright, sunny, cold and windy here in northern Virginia. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, so today everyone is going to be heading south on I-95 (poor DH, he's going to be stuck in that traffic).

Once I get DS off to school, I'm headed over to our local mall to do some Christmas shopping. Friday is the biggest shopping day of the year here in the states and I have no intention of braving those crowds. I noticed that our Disney Store is having a pretty good sale, so I'll definitely hit that place.

Mid afternoon here and it's dark, dismal and pouring with rain. Was lovely this morning though

Afternoon ladies - nice to hear all the different weather conditions

It brightened up here this afternoon, and the wind got up, so I put the washing on the line hoping for a bit of drying - no chance!

Just brought it in and it's as wet as when it went out, and the fog is now descending upon us again - it's quite windy still.

One of those evenings when you'll be glad to be the warm, good book, or Scrapping, and just dreaming of sunnier shores!

Been Christmas shopping with my pal Penny today and did good; then we both got absolutely soaked in the school playground with the rain and wind blowing a gale It didn't help when my brolly blew inside out and upside down, ripping all it's spokes out. But then I got my own back and jumped up and down on it to the amusement of the school kids (s'ok, most of them have figured out Katie's mum is a little odd ).

I was quite happy sitting here logging on tot he Dis in the warm and dry.

That was until I had to go find one of our cats - and looks like he's been beaten up by that flipping blooming monster down the road - again I don't understand it - you should see the size of mine - fat cat doesn't come into it and if I was another cat and saw him I'd avoid him like the plague, but he's such a great big softy, poor little Charlie

Might be a trip to the vets after college tomorrow then.... and the day started so well
