morning and evening magic hours?

the morning ones how early is it - how many hours before usual opening

and at night how many hours after the sch. park close?

also the water parks open 1 hour early always for resort guests right?

Morning EMH is one hour prior to the posted park opening time (so usually 8am as the parks normally open at 9am)

Evening EMH is 3 hours past the posted park closing time. (At Epcot this is the entire park closing at 9pm...that throws people off because some of Future World closes at 7...that doesn't count ... Also, yes that does mean on a midnight close the park will be open until 3 am, that seems to be another one that throws people).

Not sure about the water parks

I hit every one last week and boy am I paying for it now . But it was worth it if you want night time pics of the castle with little or no one around wait until about 1:45 or so and go to town.
