Morimoto Omakase Tipping/Etiquette?

We are planning on a 4 person omakase experience at Morimoto Asia on our next trip coming up in the next few months. We've never done anything like it and I'm wondering if there's any etiquette we should be aware of, and also how the tipping works since it's mainly the chef who will be doing the serving. Any insight is welcome.

Tipping is normal; just like any sushi counter, you still have a server who keeps your drinks and plates refreshed, and given the number of courses, it requires more time and effort on the server's part than a standard meal.
