More Walking at CBR, CSR or POR

We've already stayed at POFQ and want something different. If you you potentially had a room the furthest from food courts, which would be more walking CBR, CSR or POR?

My opinion is CSR, and I don't even think we were in the farthest building. It just seemed loooooong. However, we were in the farthest building at CBR and it did not seem as far, maybe because we really enjoyed the scenery and the walk was nice. I did not think POR was a bad walk to the food courts either.

My guess would be CBR also. That said - for us the proximity and # of bus stops at CBR is more important than the distance to the food court. No building at CBR is more than a couple hundred yards from a bus stop or parking. We use the buses way more than the food court since we have a fridge and coffee pot in the room. It was our biggest surprise at CBR. We have always stayed deluxe and the bustops and guest parking are so far from the rooms at the deluxes.

I would say CBR, its the biggest. POR and CSR are about the same size.

CBR surrounds a 45 acre lake and CSR surrounds a 15 acre lake.

I have only stayed at CBR and POR. I have to say we walked more at POR than at CBR. The walkways at POR were more winding than those at CBR - hope that makes sense.

I can't say anything about CSR as I have not stayed there.

Just my 2 cents.

Hands down CBR was the longest walk from our room to Main area. The lake is so big and oblong and the rooms are spread long ways where as the other two are more circular in their footprint.

We ended up just getting in our car and leaving the resort to eat.

If you have your car just drive it to the food court, leave it there and catch the bus

Csr, the pool was a long walk from the rooms, also it is set up for conventions. CBR, the walk to the main building was not bad from our room, just accross the bridge it was a nice walk in the morning. If I was choosing I would go to CBR.. We are considering POR this year any input???

Did either CBR or CSR used to have a resort bus that just went around the resort or am I just making stuff up again?

CBR still has an internal bus.

CSR lake is only 15 acres while CBR lake is 45 acre. I think you have them reversed. The ariel just doesn't look bigger, it is bigger. CSR has four bus stops and CBR has seven.
