Well now I am wishing I didn't order my stuff today. I order one of the sleep shirts and like always there stuff runs small on me so I ordered to next size up. I went to the store today to use another coupon in store and saw these run alot bigger then their normal stuff. I called and can't cancel my order and can't change it. So now I have to wait for it and then send it back to exchange it and pay some kind of fee. I don't understand why they don't let you exchange stuff in the stores if they carry the item.

You can just return it to the store - say you got it as a gift and want to exchange it! As long as they carry it, how would they know?

Yep, same boat. I ordered mine on the 13th and it still says "in process". Rats, I was really looking forward to Christmas breakfast with the inlaws wearing my jaguar/pink thermal long janes. Bummer, looks like I'll have to wear something appropriate, instad.
