More Vero Beach ????

Say I was to buy into VB. My goal would be to stay at either the 2 bedroom or 3 bed beach house for 5 weekdays towards the end of each June. What would my chances be of getting that type of reservation. How many beach houses are there and are they right on the beach? I really like the idea of a timeshare on the beach with the option of staying at other WDW properties. I like all the onsite WDW DVC resorts. They all have their own appeal so I wouldn't be too concerned what was available on the park trips. Thanks for the help.

Can't help with availability. We've never needed more than a 1 bdrm.

Rob is correct, there are 6 Beach Cottages. I'm not clear from reading your post - but all the BC's are 3 bedroom. No other room type at VB is directly "on the water" (even then you cannot walk directly onto the beach - you must use the paths & boardwalk).

If you own at VB, and to make certain of getting what you wanted, by calling in day by day from the first day 11 months in advance - I'd say your odds will be pretty good in getting a BC and no problem in getting a 2Bdrm villa.
