more transportation questions ....

we will be staying at all star sports...we have dinner reservations for whispering canyons at the Wilderness Lodge....do they have bus transportation from our resort to the Wilderness Lodge? if not what is the best way to get there since we will be relying 100% upon disney transportation? thanks in advance

There are no direct buses between resorts. You'll have to get to a park, or DTD, then switch to transportation to the other resort.

If the MK is open, your best bet would be to take the bus to MK, then board the boat to WL. Really nice trip.

If not, you'll have to take a bus to DTD / Marketplace, then switch to a bus to WL.

We've done 100% Disney Transport on a few of our trips without any problems, but remember to allow plenty of time for the bus trips if you have ADRs. If you are tight on time then you can always take a cab.

take a bus from your resort to the Magic Kingdom and then take a bus or the boat to the Wilderness Lodge. HTH!

we LOVED Whispering Canyon, it was soo much fun and the resort is gorgeous. I wish we would have more time to look around. We did not realize we had to switch buses to get there---plan ahead. We stayed at Coronado and I am pretty sure we went to MGM to get the bus to the lodge. We just caught the bus that our resort recommended we take that had fewer stops.

Let me recommend that you build in some extra time to explore the Wilderness Lodge either before or after your meal. WL is a fantastic place, with a lobby that will make your jaw drop as soon as you walk in, and some beautiful grounds, too.

Have to echo WillCad's post!! I love arriving at WL by boat, then walking through the pool area, to the lobby. It's an incredible resort. So much fun to walk around and check out. Be sure to leave plenty of time to do that!!
