More Thrill or Family Rides

I love the anamatronic rides, HP and POC are my fav! They should add some to AK and more to Epcot. Then again I love Soarin, TT and all the mountain rides in MK

I think if you want hard core thrill rides you could go down the street to Universal

90% of WDW is already family friendly. The other parks are pushing their areas due to the fact that they do have more thrill rides than WDW. Now, I love WDW but I also enjoy a good roller coaster so I would say to bring on more thrill rides.

I agree, if you want thrill rides, go elsewhere. Disney is a theme park for the whole family to enjoy as a whole. They are called attractions, especially so that they entertain and amuse and instill some reason of a story with a spiel along the way. People actually see and hear things instead of blowing by them at 100 miles an hour.

I like the layout and attractions now but prefered the old Disney with the attractions that they took out. COP is one favorite I would not like to see go. Yes, some attractions are alittle lame but I still enjoy them and have since 1977, 35 some trips later we still go every year and see the same things.

Family attractions - definitely.

Dark rides specifically.

Thrill rides are a dime a dozen, just about anyone can drive to an amusement park in within 20 miles of their own home to ride thrill rides. I go to WDW for something different, something BETTER. :thumbsup2

Family rides. You can find loads of thrill rides at other parks. Walt Disney said that he built Disneyland as a place families can enjoy together. I hope that today's imagineers never lose sight of Walt's vision.

My vote would be for family rides because then we wouldn't have the height issue with our little ones.....It is so nice to ride attractions together!
Now I do love thrill rides...but with young children, it does make life easier to have so many family rides.

Right now I think there is the perfect mix. I love that I can go on nearly every ride with my kids but that there are also some big rides for mommy and daddy.

We just went to Kings Island in Ohio and there is a division either rides for kids which a majority of them parents cannot ride or thrill rides that your children cannot go on. There was a very limited number of rides you could do as a family.
