Hello

I want to buy a 6 day ticket and my sister use it for the first 3 days and my dad use it for the next 3 days, is this allowed?

Thanks
Nicole

No, not allowed. Tickets are non-tranferable and must be used by the same person each day.

Do they have a way to police that? I know that WDW does the thumb print scanner, but I didn't think DLR did that?

They are starting to make guests sign the the parkhoppers now in an effort to stop the sharing of PHs. So you run the risk of being asked if you are the person whose name is on the PH. Does Disney ask a lot? Probably not. But it could happen to you.

They now have people's names printed to the back of each multiple day ticket, and they will check it. My only experience was being asked my name by the CM at the entrance gate one morning in July when I was using the last day of my 3-day PH (it was essentially "Is your name xx?", to which I responded yes without even thinking or skipping a beat).

I would highly advise against splitting the ticket because the CM may find it odd that your dad is using a ticket with a female's name on the back and would at least want to double-check that it is his name.

Hi guys. Disney's policy is that tickets are non-transferable. Since the DIS tries to abide by Disney's rules we don't discuss ways to get around their system.

I'm going to go ahead & lock this thread since the question has been answered.
