more shopping

So...as I'm wrapping I noticed that I got more for my daughter than I did for my sons. So, now I have to go out shopping again to equal it back up! I always do this! Last year I did more for my oldest son and then had to get more for my other son and my daughter! You would think that I would start paying attention to these kind of things!

I'm still not done shopping yet, heading out shortly. Gotta get my dh his big gift and get stocking stuffers. Without a van these past 6 weeks has really messed me and my Christmas shopping up. But guess what? I'm headed out to pick up my van, whoo hoo. NOT! I wish I were picking up a nice NEW van, not my piece of junk.

I did on two items (clothes), I ended up getting itunes gc for son, which is a small gift, but everything he wanted was so expensive this year!

I am now DONE! But, lol, dh is wrapping presents he got me and he's not saying very nice words right now He came out and asked me if I could teach him wrapping 101 for next year, lol.

When I'm shopping, I don't really pay as much attention to price as I do to how many. My kids would be upset it if the amount didn't come out equally. This year, I might have to double up on some of my daughter's things, but girls get lots of things (perfumes, handbags, more clothing pieces overall) than boys want. Just lots of little things that don't total as much, so I need to even the actual gift numbers out to some extent. We usually buy around 20 to 30 movies on DVD each year too, and that's another way to even it out some for us. I could always toss a movie to either side if necessary.
