more Randy Chapman Questions

I'm sure that this has been answered elsewhere, but I'm going to ask it again anyway.
I thought that Randy was not allowed in the parks to do photography anymore since he doesn't officially work for Disney. I even asked about using him when I contacted Disney Photography and they said I had to use one of their own photographers. So how is it that I keep reading about all these brides using him? What do y'all know that I don't? Should I just go ahead and contact him? I love his pictures!!!
Any info is helpful.

It is a recent change. All brides that signed their contracts after October 2008 had outside photographers prohibited for in-park events. However if you are at one of their other locations-ie: wedding pavilion, SBP, you are still allowed to use outside photography.
