We are looking into buying a WWHoP package with a "partner" hotel...........it comes with early access to the park, etc...will we get the express pass(or whatever it is called), or do we have to stay at an onsite for that?

To get unlimited Express access you would need to stay onsite. If you don't stay onsite, you would need to purchase the Express Plus pass which is only good for once through the line.
