more questions about Wii

I just bought 2 boxes of Wii Resort sports.. for gifts..
they come with one remote with motionplus..... they already have
their wi motes but no motionplus at home... do I also have to buy that in order for them to play the games from resort or can they make do with what is in the box and other players use the ones without the motionplus ..

I don't know but I do know that on the game case there is a picture of all the Wii controllers you need to play the game.

hoping someone can tell me if they are able to play without the motionplus as well... I did not want to go out and spend more money now to buy the motionplus to go along with the wimotes they already have at home.

Non-motionplus remotes won't work with Wii Sports Resort. I also received Wii Sports Resort as a gift and had to buy an additional motionplus resort but it wasn't a big deal. I loved getting Wii Sports Resort so I didn't mind having to buy an additional motionplus remote.
