More PS fun!

Hey folks

Sorry haven't been around for a couple of days - that annoying work thing I have to do to make money to give to Disney occasionally gets in the way!

Just off the phone to my friends at Disney Dining - made reservations for California Grill (made it for 20:20) - hoping that Wishes is on at 9pm so we can see it! Also booked Donald's Breakfastwhatsitsname, H&V Fantasmic Buffet and the Princess Storybook Breakfast - I decided to go for the latest time of 10:10 - I thought it might be nice to get in and go for a spin on TT and M:S then head over for breakfast with the Princesses! I'm going to need your help on these - I'm always slightly confused as to what to ask face characters - give me some things to ask!!

Only Chef Mickey's breakfast to book on Saturday and the plans are almost there!!

You've got some great PS choices there Nick!

I always just ask questions relevant to the princess - for example, I ask Snow White how Grumpy is. We found though that they open the conversation and it flows nicely from there. For example, when Mary Poppins found we were from the UK she asked how we'd got to Florida - puzzled we said, by plane and she then replied with "oh you must travel by umbrella next time, it's the greatest way to travel!"

great choice nick, we had a PS for the princess breakfast around the same time as you when we went two years ago, the timing was great, did TT twice before the breakfast, then when we came out of the breakfast a few minutes to eleven, we walked straight on maelstrom and then had a bit of a head start in front of most people around the world showcase as it opens at eleven.

i was thinking of doing the same thing booking california grill to see wishes but was put off because i read a thread (cant find it now) that said they no longer pipe the music from wishes into the restaurant...can anyone help verify this......

Yeah I've heard that and it's a real shame. I still think it will look amazing seeing it so I'm happy to give it a go.

yes i think i will try it anyway as well....i have been told there is somesort of varandah or something where you can also walk out onto if your meal is finished..hope you have a great time.
