Hi there

I have jsut started using trade assistant to approach people and offer trades. I was just wondering if it is the done thing to send out the same trade to all or several of the names that come up on the list at once or do you try just one at a time? So far I have been trying jsut one at a time but then that raises the question of how long do you wait for a reply before tryin one of the others?

I see nothing wrong with making multiple offers at one time, since so many offers are not responded to. I know this may put me in the position of not having the pin when the second person responds, but it has happened so rarely that I don't let the worry stop me. I think most of us understand how the system works and accept that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. No reason to take it too seriously.

If I'm looking for a pin, and 3 possible trades pop up that I can make, then I offer to all 3. 95% of the time you'll get a negative response anyway or no response at all. I try to match size of edition as closely as I possible.

I would say it depends on the number of options that pop up... If you are sending the same offer to say 10 or 15 people that might be a bit much. I would not send the same offer to more than 5 people at a time. Give it 3 days and then send to a further 5 if they have not responded.
