Thank you so much for posting this- I have this room on hold and was having doubts because the picture posted earlier made the room look so small. I will probably go ahead and book it.

Very big room, but I don't like the fact that the tv is on the same side of the room as the bed, making it difficult to watch tv from bed. I'm in stateroom 10504 and hope that isn't what our setup is like. The rest of it is great, though!

I like the spacious verandah, but don't like the cabin layout. IMHO, they should have put the closet on the same side of the bathrooms. That way, there would have been extra space to install the curtain divider, add more storage underneath the desk, and move the queen bed to the other side of the wall...

I dont like the lack of a divider or the tv position either. Also as big as the veranda is- there doesnt seem to be any privacy. Because of the slanted dividers you will be able to stand at the railings along with the neighbors. Then theres the whole smoking issue... Im just not sure and would like to hear from people who have stayed in there already.

Looking at the deck plan for the boat, the first thing that strikes me is that this is a back corner state room, With the room cut at an angle for the verandah and to fit the corner of the ship, this changes the whole layout of the room.

First it moves the storage from under the TV and desk to over by the couch near the door to the verandah..

Second it seems as if this cuts down on the over all floor space as well. I figure the lack of curtain is for that reason alone, But I guess will find out for sure at a later date.

Well that definitely looks like a deeper verandah to me... but the corner cut off the room makes it appear smaller, even if it's not. And the no curtain divider and tv on the same side as bed would be a NO from me.
Man I need to make a list of rooms for me to never book. LOL

We just booked that room! It looks great to us. My friends will be in an inside stateroom so our balcony will be the meeting place. Thanks for the great photos and video. As soon as I saw the size of the balcony my daughter made us book it!!
