Looks like these are on the east side of town, so I am of no help to you. I live in the Metro West Area, and will tell you not to move here, especially if you have kids. My apt went condo in November anyway. That is my other comment; you better make sure that these apts you picked ARE apartments. Otherwise, you might be moving again before you know it! We had over 16,000 condo conversions last year, so it's difficult to find a decent apt. The ones you listed are not familiar to me; sorry.
