The whole outsourcing thing stinks.

Being a party of outsourcing I know of two things accomplished

1. short term savings

2. long term loss of control !!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I scanned the article correctly, no WDW CM's will lose a job, just moved to different ones. And we haven't seen a decline in service yet. Could it be that this is much to do about nothing?

Exactly.

Instead of being at the resorts now, they might get transfered into the parks, for example.

Same job, same tasks, but a new area.
